Led by Andy Cabic, this San Franciscan group has long been making their mark all over the world with their simple, yet stunningly deep mixture of rural folk, psychedelia, and straight forward musicianship. They count the face of the freak folk movement (I hate that stupid term), Devendra Banhart as a member. I've been a longtime fan and I've never heard these guys drop the ball once!
This could quite possibly be the finest record to lock yourself away in a snow covered Vermont cabin while writing your memoirs...just before you're killed by a hungry bear. Enjoy "To find me gone."
